py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Al Dakhiliyah Governorate in Oman is experiencing a significant surge in development activities, aligning with the nation&#8217;s Vision 2040.<\/span> <strong><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The number of projects has increased from just eight in 2022 to 53 in 2025, marking a remarkable 562.5% growth.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"287\" data-end=\"443\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The governorate is investing over OMR 16.2 million in road projects spanning 203 kilometers.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\"><strong>Between 2022 and 2024, 245.5 kilometers of roads were developed at a cost of OMR 19.6 million,<\/strong> including 33 kilometers specifically for industrial zones.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"445\" data-end=\"603\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Urban development initiatives include the <strong>Al Dakhiliyah Square (Al Dakhiliyah Boulevard) project,<\/strong> featuring 10 investment sites and 50 usufruct contracts across various Hamra has announced six new investment opportunities totaling over OMR 5 million.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">These include a full-service tourism resort, a fixed-structure tourist camp, an adventure center, a coffee farm, a fruit farm, and a zip-line attraction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"992\" data-end=\"1190\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] bg-[#FCECC1] dark:bg-[#64572A] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">The governorate is also focusing on youth empowerment, with initiatives like a dedicated award to foster innovation and entrepreneurship among the youth.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] bg-[#FCECC1] dark:bg-[#64572A] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Four specialized centers have been established to boost startups and skills training.<\/span> <strong><span
